Mercy College Administration
The administration of Mercy College takes place in two separate areas – Mirrabooka Avenue Administration and Beach Road Reception. As the names imply, each of these separate administration areas can be accessed via a vehicle entrance off either Mirrabooka Avenue or Beach Road.
Beach Road Reception
Beach Road Reception is the ‘front’ face of the College. Our parent reception area and telephonist are based here, as are all of the staff whose work involves finance i.e. Business Manager (Mrs Vicki Hansen), Deputy Bursar (Mrs Priscilla Shumack), Accounts Payable/School Fees personnel (Mrs Shirley Fay and Mrs Trish Morris). Our Head of the Junior Learning Centre (Mr Joe Bartucciotto) and our Community Relations Officer (Mr Chas Bursey) also have their offices at this administration block. Parents wishing to pay fees, book a tour, seek further information about the College or make enrolment inquiries usually do so at Beach Road Administration. This administration block is also used for most matters relating to our Junior Learning Centre i.e. primary school-aged students.
Mirrabooka Avenue Administration
Mirrabooka Avenue Administration involves most matters relating to secondary students. The offices of the Principal (Dr Tony Curry), the Head of the Middle Learning Centre (Mrs Sue Bursey), the Head of the Senior Learning Centre (Mr Kevin Sheehy) and the Director of Curriculum (Mr Ted Speering) are all located in this administration block. So too are administration staff dealing with enrolments (Mrs Jan Cooper), absentees and other student services (Mrs Paula Caplin, Mrs Helen Dowding, Mrs Theresa Jenkins, Mrs Robyn Mansfield).
